Refund policy
At Ohh-Zee, we keep things simple and fair.
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if the item has a manufacturing defect (such as a printing issue or damage).
To request a return, please email us at admin@ohh-zee.com with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 working days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Requests made after 14 days from delivery
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Items not returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags
- Incorrect size, color, or product selected when ordering
